I have complained many times to the Highway Patrol and to Richland County Sheriff’s Department about spending on Sandfield Road. One of my family members was struck by someone that was texting and speeding on Sandfield Rd a few years back. The my relative never recovered from this.
Every morning and every single evening, cars, trucks and motorcycles speed down this road excessively. We have very small children in this immediate area. We are in the town limits, and the speed limits are posted numerous times – 35 mph.
I am asking for assistance is stopping the speeding on Sandfield Road.
